We were responsible for agreeing the client’s requirements following client brief, assisting in all consent issues with Network Rail and local heritage concern, budget management and delivery planning. Activities included management of the design development phase, procurement of contractors, contract administration and 3rd party consultation. Works include installation of CCTV, lighting improvements, booking hall improvements, waiting shelter installation and toilet refurbishment.
