In the main station building - refurbishment of the downside station building, with complete external refurbishment of the Victorian up side station building and the internal use of the upside customer service office within the new facility. On the platform the addition of an additional waiting shelter.

The forecourt and car park remodelled on the downside and improvements made to the upside premier car park and the upside station approach road was remodelled. Also included were the demolition of the old BTP office and railing installation along the up side station boundary.
