Overseeing the construction of a two storey building to provide 308 dedicated cycle points, staff, retail and repair areas outside Leeds City Station. Based on the Dutch model of a hub to encourage cyclists to use public transport, it provides a centre for repairs and storage. It is the first of 10 planned for around the country. Vextrix Management have been instrumental in the development of the concept.
