Vextrix Management acting as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers for the development of the new 2 storey deck 260 additional space car park. The car park is constructed in 2 phases to reduce disruption to the travelling public. We were responsible for early scheme development and feasibility through to the tendering, procurement for the delivery of design and construction services for a £4m two storey, structural steel car park decking structure.
