Offering services to PFI/PPP clients, private developers, many of the UK's high street banks, private clients and investment banks, we recognise the funder's need to ensure the project is progressing in the most efficient manner, to excellent standards and that the investment is protected at all times. 	Desktop audit of projects, ensuring the Project Manager and Cost Consultant have valued the project correctly and have all the correct statutory and local authority approvals in place
	Auditing projects on-site continually, reporting back to the client on proposed draw down as well as key project cost, programme, specification and safety issues
	Providing regular reports, with full colour images, detailing project progress and expenditure
	Highlighting potential issues that may place the investment or fund at risk
	Using our experience and expertise to continually monitor the operational performance of the project team
	Providing a 'third eye' over the project proceedings, listing benchmarks and ensuring best value
