For Design & Build Projects, we not only undertake our normal Cost Consultancy role but also act as the Clients Representative ensuring the Contractors Project Manager is correctly administering the Project. We maintain our exceptionally high level of service by:

	Identifying the client's key requirements and translating this into Consultant's and Contractor's tender documentation
	Procuring the Consultants and the Design and Build Contractor
	Using our technical expertise and experience to ensure the project team are acting in the interest of the client at all times
	Support of client's own personnel, where required
	Chair project review meetings, highlighting performance, programme, cost and safety issues early and continually
	Communications that provide the client with the ability to make key decisions, while remaining fully informed at all times
